  2. Schedule a private yoga lesson: Let’s dig deeper into yoga asana, pranayama, and meditation – completely tailored to you. This is a full 60-minute class, so come prepared to practice. I have very limited slots, so you’ll need to use the form below to inquire!
  3. Join a public class or workshop: I teach weekly yoga classes and workshops available to the public. Fees vary by session, see registration info in the calendar below.
